As our Enterprise Supply Chain Applications Manager, you will lead a team of skilled professionals charged with implementing, integrating, and supporting supply chain and manufacturing systems to meet the needs of the business globally.   
 
With a business process mindset, experience of industry best practices, you will maintain and enhance end-end supply chain processes and tools, including, Oracle ERP application, 3PL, OMS, EDI providers, S&OP and more we haven’t even thought about!  Your ability to effectively integrate core supply chain systems with complementary and often cloud-based solutions provides seamless, innovative and feature rich technology resulting in improved workflows, data integrity and growth!   
 
A strategic thinker, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize, you are deft in balancing the resources needed to support our business and projects that are enabling our growth and service to our customers. 
 
SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-18 months) 
 
Enterprise Architect:
 
  • Having an architectural mindset, you’ve gained an understanding of a wide range of supply chain and manufacturing applications to support our new manufacturing plant and supply chain ecosystem.  
  • You successfully collaborated with our engineering, manufacturing & distribution teams to understand the future processes and technology requirements. You led the implementation of the necessary software to realize the future state business process while partnering with outside technical resources. 
 
Process Orientation:

  • You developed a deep understanding of our supply chain plan, sourcing, production and delivery processes, 3PL’s, suppliers and contract manufacturers and mastered our end-end process integration.  
  • You’ve partnered with process owners and designed Level 1 - Level 4 processes to implement. All gap analyses were performed and advanced systems solutions were proposed.   
  • You’ve proactively identified future state processes and technology solutions that your business partners have not even imagined possible, and they are clamouring for more! 
 
 
Technology Roadmap Execution:  You’ve successfully executed on all relevant projects in our annual IT Roadmap while in collaboration with the broader company. All Roadmap projects were implemented with change management principles and cross functional alignment.   
 
People Leader:  An inspiring leader, experienced in building and developing high performance teams, you have created the optimal, scalable Flavor Ops IT Team and talent bank – recruiting, engaging, coaching and mentoring your team in support of their growth and increased contribution.

Pre-Qualifications: 
  • BA degree in Computer Science 
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (now & in the future) 
  • Live in the SF bay area, or willing to relocate at your own expense. 
  • Oracle ERP Subject Matter Expert. Knowledge of Process Manufacturing is a plus 
 
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements 
 
  • 6 yrs plus in people management/coach role with deep seated desire to develop team members. 
  • Provide supply chain expertise and help business design end-to-end processes. 
  • Excellent project and change management capabilities and experience. 
  • Expertise in horizontal supply chain integration, suppliers to customers process and technologies, 3PL, Suppliers and Customer onboarding 
  • Some experience with vertical manufacturing technology integration PLC, SCADA, MES and ERP is a plus 
  • Lead a team of domain experts with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS and Supply Chain. Hands-on with QTC Oracle modules 
  • Establish a metrics-based organization, develop key operational metrics and push for continuous improvement.  
  • Comfortable and having experience in working within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid development methodologies delivering systems development enhancements.  
  • Leverage your experience to provide thought leadership to the team with troubleshooting, problem solving and design best practices.  
  • Owner of the incident, request, change and escalation processes for enterprise applications, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communications skills.
