Integration Architect
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide integration consulting leadership and technology solutioning services
- Determine integration requirements for web, web service, reporting, extracts based on client legacy systems and documents/presents results
- Provide project documentation and presentation materials using standard office products such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Work with client infrastructure teams to facilitate system upgrades, and maintenance
- Provide estimates for new work and client engagements as required
- Implementation SupportLead LifePRO implementations as needed
- Create integration strategy Identify internal & external dependencies Train internal/external customers
- Product SupportDocument feedback from clients, prospects and analystsProvide significant input into product roadmapMaintain working knowledge of EXL/LifePRO® product suite
- Marketing and Sales Support
Qualification & Experience:
- Required
- Possess working knowledge of technology
- Ability to size and estimate projects
- Highly Desirable
Additional qualifications:
- Exhibit leadership skills for a project at the program level.
- Be a team-oriented with the skills and ability to work effectively with others throughout the organization
- Have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timeline driven environment
Education Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
Certifications in insurance (FLMI), financial services or IT Business Analysis preferred
Work Experience Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in Life Insurance working as a Solution Architect, Consultant or System Analyst
Travel up to 25% required in this role (when EXL deems business travel safe)
