Supply-Side Operations Coordinator

About this role
We are looking for a Supply-Side Operations Coordinator to join our team! This role operates in a high-velocity, transactional environment.

Compensation
  • $65,000 base salary

What You’ll Do
  • Connect operators on our platform to customer demand
  • Manage trip allocation to suppliers
  • Track and analyze vendor performance data
  • Be subject matter expert for all logistics and charter bus operations
  • Maintain supplier relationships and develop relationships with new vendors
  • Maintain and improve proprietary vendor database
  • Provide oversight of large-scale logistically complicated trips
  • Be accountable for emergency requests that can arise 24/7

What You’ll Need
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a top national university or standout corporate experience
  • Passion for CharterUP's mission and intellectual curiosity about CharterUP's business
  • Reliability, consistency, and demonstrated relentless work ethic
  • Willing to be available for fire drills 24/7 when on call
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced environment and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Superb organizational skills
  • High degree of analytical and quantitative reasoning skills

Location
Fully remote until the pandemic subsides. Post pandemic, can continue to work remotely full-time or on a hybrid schedule from one of CharterUP's offices in Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, or Austin (2-3 times a week in the office during spring and fall; winter and summer fully-remote).
