Internship, Brand Production & Operations
Summary
The Intern will help with all aspects of the Brand Production team.
Essential Functions
· Log EPK footage and add metadata
· Assist in requesting and distributing production call sheets to field producers & Gallery Photographers
· Draft Talent Memos
· Coordinates and facilitates field producers calls with the internal team and external EPK crews
· Data entry into the master grids and production calendars
· Assist other areas of the Production and Operations team as needed
Qualifications
· Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
· Experience and/or interest in cable or network television marketing
· Comfortable using remote software and technology to accomplish work
· Knowledge of video and/or photo gallery production is a plus
· Previous on-set experience is a plus
