QualiTest is looking for a Senior eCommerce Analyst to work remotely in the U.S.
Job Description:
The Qualitest Sr. Onshore Analyst will support the Qualitest program test manager in terms of manual test scoping, test build & test execution. Good knowledge of the Order to Cash business process Good knowledge of testing best practice, structure and prioritize all test cases within centralized test repository Work collaboratively with the client & with the Qualitest offshore team To execute test scripts, raise and re-test defects accordingly – recording progress in the centralized test tool To raise risks and issues identified, to Qualitest program test manager Providing reporting updated on progress with test build & execution
Requirements
- MUST HAVE experience scoping, building and executing tests on on eComm (website) platforms.
- MUST HAVE strong knowledge of the Order to Cash business process - from Orders being placed on a website through to fulfillment Retail Industry Experience
- Prior experience of commerce cloud would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Have knowledge of the required methodologies; Test methodologies (ISTQB), SDLC methodologies (i.e., waterfall, agile, SAFe) and Service Lifecycle (ITIL).
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with API testing (cURL, REST, SOAP)
- Experience with ETL, XML, JSON
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills and expert meeting planning an facilitation skills
