9752 - Triage Support Analyst (Remote)

• Develop QA methodologies, procedures, templates and artifacts
• Roll-out and present methodology processes, standards, and templates
• Create KPIs, SLAs and Metrics as well as mechanism for monitoring and reporting
• Deliver testing best practices throughout the SDLC
• Deliver testing meetings such as defect triage and daily stand up
• Schedule management – monitoring, updating and advising on testing approach to timelines
• Responsible for demand & resource management of test resources, test environments, and test data
• Strategic direction to stakeholders for QA efforts
• Sign-off of all test strategies, test plans, test cases designs and other relevant test artifacts
• Work with project team and stakeholders to identify testing requirements, criteria scope and priorities
• Roll-out and present methodology processes, standards, and templates
• Identify tools and resources to enable smooth and efficient migration to qTest
• Design training modules for features and functionality
• Implement integrations to link test case failures to defects
• Develop "train the trainer" program
• Outcomes Measurable efficiencies with better test case organization, modularization and parameterization of test cases, and report generation

Requirements

• Must have experience with PL/SQL
• Must have ETL/Source target conversion experience
• Must have test data management tool experience
• Ability to work with multiple teams across a large, geographically dispersed organization
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g. scrum, kanban) and the role of QA
