Summer Undergraduate Laboratory Research Student Internship - Biology, Virology, Infectious Diseases

An undergraduate research position in a biology/biochemistry Lab working on SARS-CoV-2 and other (+)ssRNA viruses. The lab focuses on molecular virology, drug discovery, protein engineering, and X-ray crystallography. This is a full time wet lab position. Students will gain hands-on laboratory experience (medical research). Candidates must be in good standing, background check is required. Preferred majors include Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Biomedical Engineering.

This is an unpaid position that is meant for work-experience and recommendation letters. The start and end dates and hours are flexible. No prior work experience is required. Students enrolled in online only programs (undergrad or masters) are also encouraged to apply.
