Data Analytics Intern

Olive Shares is connecting providers and payers to create the Internet of Healthcare. Our team builds and implements a suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) products that integrate across Electronic Health Record systems and payer systems, with intuitive workflows and deep healthcare expertise. Our SaaS platform accelerates prior authorizations for providers, and enables the first-in-the-world real-time AI clinical reviews.
 
Job Overview:
Join the Shares Product Analytics team to find insights in our data that are impactful to our clients. We are looking for those interested in gaining experience in data engineering, data science, data analytics, data visualization, and/or product management of data products.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
High-Level Project Description – we will pair you with a mentor and assign you to projects that will have real impact to our team and business. It could be customer-focused insight analysis and framing. It could be product-focused, diving deeply into unchartered territory to illuminate poorly understood areas. It could be designing or redesigning visualizations to compellingly convey information. It will be based on our current needs and your desire to grow. May 23rd - July 29th - Seasonal FT (up to 40 hours)

Qualifications:
·      Working toward a BA/BS (must have completed at least 2 years), MA/MS, or PhD
·      Excellent data analysts come from all majors and backgrounds
·      GPA: 3.5+
·      SQL
·      Working knowledge of Tableau or other visual analytics platform and Microsoft Office
·      Strong Communication Skills (verbal, written, listening)
·      Time Management
·      Ability to work independently/team
·      Quick learner
·      Passionately curious
