Responsibilities:
In this role within our Administrative Operations division, you will support the Plan Takeover/Installation Process from client commitment to first payroll. Work with internal and external resources to add efficiencies and organization to the process, including the management of takeover data, notices, vendor management, expenses, and technology. Specializing in data decryption, manipulation, and organization.

  1. Decrypt, Manipulate, Organize, Analyze Takeover Data throughout the Plan Takeover Process, with a focus on Participant Level Data.
  2. Coordinate the interaction with the new technology systems, including FIS/Omni, Salesforce, and vWise.
  3. Support the Regional Offices in the administrative tasks related to takeovers to create a more efficient, accurate and streamlined process and continue to improve the client experience.
  4. Act as liaison with previous carrier, coordinating the data needed to be uploaded into the various systems, enrollment and other communications, and the data needed to apply funds to participant accounts.
  5. Special Projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  2. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with heavy emphasis on Excel tables and function.
  3. Excellent logic, verbal, and written skills.
  4. Self-Starter with ability to multi-task, detail orientated, organized and client focused.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Client Services and Takeover related function preferred.
  2. Familiarity with OMNI/FIS Systems appreciated but not required.
