Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Insights & Analytics (multiple positions)

The Insights and Analytics organization is a critical business unit within Inspire Brands. We believe that analytics is going to be a point of differentiation for our brands, driving incremental business value. Because of the importance of analytics, we’re growing our team and have a number of open analyst/sr. analyst roles open across the organization. Currently, we have openings on the following teams:

 
  • HR Analytics – analyzing employee data to optimize human resource activities and improve organizational effectiveness across all of Inspire Brands
  • Brand Analytics – business performance analysis, focused on one of the brands at Inspire
  • Marketing Analytics – promotion analysis, menu optimization, Inspire-wide performance trends
  • Revenue Management – product pricing, customer willingness to pay, discounting analysis
  • Media Analytics – media tactic effectiveness, media mix modeling, channel/partner optimization
  • Operations Analytics – time & motion studies, operations process improvement, labor optimization
  • Development Analytics – real estate modeling, new/remodeled store performance analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required Minimum: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
  • Senior Analyst candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, or an applicable Master’s degree
  • Have a genuine interest in the field
  • Ability to work full time in the Atlanta, GA Support Center

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • A strong interest in learning, and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
  • Ability to solve problems using data and clearly communicate the results
  • Capable of working both individually and with a team
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
  • Experience with applications like Excel, SQL, and Tableau desired

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Insight generation – generate insights that improve the business through linking various data sources (e.g., sales, competitor, market, customer, etc.)
  • Business analysis – analyze brand performance and sales trends
  • Program/Test analysis – measure tests and national programs to assess their contribution to the overall business
  • Ad hoc reporting – develop, execute, and deliver reports based on brand marketing business requirements
  • Relationship management – develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Process improvement – continually scrutinize current analytic processes to develop and implement improved, efficient, and insightful processes
  • Project management – ensure that medium/long term projects are implemented on time and achieve objectives
