Energy Ogre 2022 Summer Software/Data Engineering Internships

At Energy Ogre, we're really proud of what our interns accomplish, and hope you'll join us this summer.

Some example projects that previous interns developed include OCR programs, user behavior models, automatization of business processes, etc.

Our goal is to help each intern realize a project at the end of the summer - and to do that, you'll need a workable grasp of at least something on our technical stack (see the roles below). If you don't have any relevant experience yet, don't be afraid to apply next summer!

MVC, C# (or Java), SQL

(Mobile) React (or similar libraries)

SQL, Redshift, C# (Java, C++ or C)

(Also, you need stats)

As an Energy Ogre intern, you'll also have the chance to learn about the Texas electricity market, and how the energy industry works. Learn more about what we do - at www.energyogre.com (it has a bunch of green ogres).

As part of our team - we'll make sure you get the resources you need - tech, support, and a given mentor. This position may be (partial or full time) remote, and if nearby, we also have an office.
