·      Support new technology implementations and optimizations

·      Understand customer requirements and business objectives

·      Creation and distribution of meeting materials

·      Supporting current and future state process mapping work sessions

·      Use Visio to create process documentation

·      Conducting best practice research

·      Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings

 

·      Advanced abilities:

o  Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

o  Having organizational skills with attention to detail

·      Intermediate abilities:

o  Understanding business processes from either a financials or human resources working environment

o  Working well in a team environment and to work within a directed and non-directed environment to complete work activities

o  Having communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization

o  Using analytical skills with problem solving abilities

·      Showing a sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environment

·      Acting as a self-starter with the ability to take initiative outside of assigned tasks

 

·      Legally able to work for any employer in the US

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
