Director of Culture Design

Based in Miami FL (or willing to relocate)
An experienced consultant with healthcare experience must have a generalist mentality, be curious, able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, and thrive in challenging environments.

ABOUT US
Gapingvoid Culture Design Group (Gapingvoid), headquartered in Miami, is looking for an experienced consultant-meets-marketer to lead and execute cultural transformation for a large healthcare customer in the Miami metro market. Gapingvoid exists to change the work experience by creating connected communities of people in organizations of all sizes. We do this because we realize that work is broken and that while there are many tools that measure how broken it is, solutions are very hard to find. We combine research in the areas of behavioral science, social physics, social learning, and neuroscience that allows us to develop a truly unique approach to human-centered change. The Gapingvoid team is made up of creative, content, and marketing strategists; art directors; copywriters; and other culture science engineers who nerd out on engaging creative delivery. And we’re scaling and growing! There are a lot of processes that still need to be developed and perfected. We need someone strong who’s comfortable taking initiative and creating in grey areas but keeping team morale high for a small group.

ABOUT YOU
The Director of Culture Design (DCD) will be instrumental in extending Gapingvoid’s current brand promise—change organizations that are lacking an emotional connection to work, into inspirational places to do awesome work. The DCD will work closely with the executive leadership team (ELT) and lead the customer culture delivery team, creative team, and channel partners to execute the strategy of the customer. We are looking for an experienced consultant with healthcare experience; someone who is comfortable in the boardroom and in the stock room. Someone with an understanding of how creative teams work, knows the balance of art + science, has been successful with large business transformation projects. The DCD will influence and build upon the current culture work to shape a further scalable and sustainable operating system for the customer, collaborating with and reporting to the Head of Strategy and Operations, who reports to the CEO. The DCD will drive new ideas and products to market within the customer space; build new business channels through partnerships; and celebrate victories and failures together with the team. The customer team has a lot of potential to scale further and generate unique revenue opportunities within the customer’s network, so room for growth in this role is prevalent if you can help refine and improve the execution and sustainability of the change.
