The Analyst I will work alongside the Analyst II in order to effectively and efficiently service the needs in the compliance area and provide backup with subject matter expertise to ensure highly effective customer service. Support focus includes coordination and direction of leaves of absence and ADA interactive process, maintaining current compliance with State & Federal regulatory changes as well as negotiated leaves, supporting staff and supervisors’ leave requests; and supervise and provide on-going support & training of classified Leaves Desk team on regulatory complexity and changes; lead and partner in ADA interactive process; coordinate and support labor requests related to leaves of absence & coordinate with Payroll to ensure efficient and effective processing of leaves of absence; provide backup to support bumping/layoff processing, DFEH/EEOC complaints and related audits, class compensation studies, subpoenas and regulatory statutes for the planning, organization and direction of the District personnel management processing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, computer science or information science, or related field or three years of increasingly responsible human resources, business administration, or computer experience.
