Advisory Associate (Energy & Renewables)
Rhynland is seeking an advisory associate to join its rapidly growing energy and renewables advisory business focused on:
- M&A advisory and due diligence for institutional investors investing in North American power and infrastructure projects
- Capital advisory and commercial support (PPA and hedge negotiation, tax equity and debt structuring) for renewable project developers

Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling including tax equity
- Transaction due diligence and industry research
- Deal execution management
Requirements:
- Internal motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in investment banking, management consulting or project finance (at a top-tier firm)
- Tax equity experience is a strong plus
