- Previous experience working with NLP, Bot Framework Composer, LUIS/Language Understanding, Language Generation, Triggers, Adaptive Dialog Creation, Sentiment Analysis
- Ability to collaboratively develop best practices for optimizing our NLP tuning and to assist with training and scaling across team members and the organization
- Must have proven track record of delivering data driven, user centric experiences
- Excellent comprehension skills and highly organized
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills
