Senior Real Estate Analyst
MAC Realty Advisor, LLC (MAC) is seeking to add a Senior Real Estate Analyst to its staff. MAC is a DC-based, full-service real estate advisory firm focused on the multifamily and mixed-use developer and owner community. The firm’s key services include equity placement, debt placement, land sales and investment sales.
Position Summary
The Senior Real Estate Analyst position is designed to advance the skillset and career trajectory of early-stage real estate professionals by building on the financial knowledge, market expertise, and sales abilities of the candidate. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will get exposure to all stages of the real estate lifecycle. This person will interface with and directly support the brokerage team in financial analysis, marketing material preparation, and the sales process. Senior Real Estate Analyst will learn about the day-to-day business functions and decision-making processes of the MAC’s Team as they support clients in both investment sales and capital market transactions. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will develop competencies necessary for a successful career in CRE. 
Responsibilities
·       Prepare discounted cash flow analyses for existing and proposed multifamily assets
·       Create pro forma statements and projections which accurately reflect past history of properties, as well as current and projected future market conditions
·       Contribute to marketing efforts such as the creation of offering memorandums and the development of financial models and market analyses for mixed-used and residential properties
·       Research and evaluate market feasibility for various real estate transactions
·       Analyze multifamily property rent rolls and operating statements to determine valuations
·       Assist in collecting and evaluating required due diligence for sales and capital markets transactions 
Requirements
·       Bachelor’s Degree 
·       2 plus years of relevant experience, real estate preferred, but not required
·       Ability to obtain Salesperson’s licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia
·       Proficiency in Excel
·       Excellent oral and written communication skills
·       Detail oriented 
·       Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
·       Self-Directed 
·       Customer Service Oriented
