IT Enterprise Analyst
Hours of Work: 4/10’s, 6 a.m. - 5 p.m., M-Th
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual who has experience with strategic planning and project management; experience with data mining and utilizing data visualization tools; enterprise-level and multidisciplinary analytical abilities; and demonstrate strong communication skills, and the ability to present to various levels of stakeholders, including but not limited to Management & Executive teams.
INTRODUCTION: Human Resources will screen applications and supplemental questionnaires. Candidates possessing the strongest skills and experience for this position will be forwarded to the hiring department for further evaluation and to determine who will be invited to the formal interview process. The candidate hired will be required to pass a drug screening, background check, and may be required to pass a job-related physical evaluation.
Training and Experience: A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in management, business administration, economics, finance, mathematics, computer science or a closely related field, and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning on an enterprise scale that includes the use of data analytics to support enterprise decision making; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. An advanced degree in strategic planning is highly desirable.
Experience in strategic planning for a large-scale enterprise utilizing advanced technology systems in all aspects of enterprise operations is preferred.
