Compensation Analyst (United States, REMOTE)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads Cornerstone’s participation process for various compensation surveys
- Serves as point of contact for answering occasional compensation questions from employees
- Conducts analysis on internal and external salary data to recommend compensation packages for new and existing roles
- Prepares modelling and cost analysis for existing and proposed total rewards programs and initiatives
- Produces regular and ad-hoc reports from our HRIS or other sources
- Researches and helps ensure company compliance with local laws governing compensation practices
- Provides assistance with reviewing and maintaining salary ranges, recommending movement in salary structure
- Collaborates with business to drive process improvements to maintain competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation programs
- Supports with the administration of the annual compensation cycle and other programs including, but not limited to, merit, market, promotion, incentive payouts, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Two to three years of experience in a compensation role or an acceptable combination of experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience with global compensation practices is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong detail orientation and focus on accuracy
- Ability to work on simultaneous projects, while committing to deliver on time and with quality
- Compensation certifications desirable

- Compensation certifications (CCP) and/or experience with Radford or Comptryx salary surveys desirable
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
