Research Data Analyst

The Research Data Analyst I/II works as part of a team to develop and validate Contractors State License Board's licensing examinations. The job consists of facilitating groups of subject matter experts, analyzing the occupations (job analysis), editing exam questions, and using exam statistics to ensure a high-quality product. The RDA I/II uses item banking software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SurveyMonkey, and testing applications. The position requires strengths in written and oral communication, project management, and statistics. There is extensive training provided and a good work/life balance. This is a civil service position that includes medical, dental and vision benefits for immediate family, a defined benefit pension, and has 11 paid holidays each year.
