As our Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert IT project business analysis and advice to stakeholders
- Gathering requirements from clients and communicating them to development team
- Providing project management support to small and mid-sized projects
- Working closely with the ETS project managers to align designs with organizational and technical goals
- Documenting and validating business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Creating project documentation including requirements document, tractability matrix and perform user acceptance training
- Reviewing application designs and testing IT systems
- Acting as a liaison between the DGS divisions and the enterprise technology team
- Evaluating and researching IT procurement requests to determine IT components
Examples of recent projects/assignments:
- Custom application development for the Division of the State Architects
- Supporting COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) for Facilities Management team
- Creating mock-ups and validating requirements for the Real Estate Services Division
- Projects range from small to large and involve: Custom COTS, ServiceNow, and Power BI
