OneDigital Summer Internship Program – Business Analytics

Our Newest Opportunity: 
Summary:
This 10-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nations’ fastest growing strategic advisory firms. In this program, interns will have a wide variety of responsibilities within multiple departments of OneDigital, focusing on a path to employment upon graduation. This is a summer 2022 opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the department Manager or Director. This position can be a remote, hybrid, or in-person experience out of our Atlanta, GA office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 
As an intern with OneDigital’s Enterprise Team, you will be responsible for special projects, data mining and reporting to help with client retention and production across multiple regional teams. Enterprise is a client service segment supporting group clients above 15 lives and generating greater than $5k in annual revenue.
Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 [“D365”] to: 
·        Analyze activities by team member; 
·        Commission report preview/reconciliation (posted vs. actual); 
·        Create custom reports for management; 
·        Create reports for future segmentation within Enterprise (clients approaching or exceeding certain thresholds (50 lives, 100+ lives, or generating greater than $30,000 revenue); 
·        Product type review and correction within a client 
In addition:
·        Creating Demographic and Benchmarking reports for client delivery 
·        Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential, and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

·        Ability to travel, if needed
Education, Training and Experience:
·        A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '23 or '24
·        In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree
·        Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
·        Comfortable working with others in virtual environments
