Cybersecurity Analyst: #37053
- Work with business customers to conduct needs analysis relative to systems and business processes in order to create quality technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies and comply with departmental standards.
- Manage timeframes for designing, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered ontime and within budget.
- Serve as a resource to ensure effective communications between business and Technology Teams.

Software Engineer #37033
- Analyze, design, write program code, test, document, and implement functionally appropriately, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems in accordance with Customer requirements, and organizational methodologies and standards.
- Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.
- This posting is hiring Interns for two different Teams:
- Data Science Engineering Team - Looking for Interns who are passionate about building a common platform with reusable patterns for AI and ML Pipelines on AWS, love coding in Python, and eager to learn! This Team uses Python, GitOps and AWS.
- Tech Ops Solutions Team - This Team supports an application (EVA) used to manage our Hawaii flights which require higher level certification from FAA to fly over water. This Team uses Javascript, Java and Oracle.
Technology Analyst #37043

Cybersecurity System Engineer #37052
- Under supervision, may be responsible for vendor management, partner governance, and oversight to deploy systems which are complete, designed and managed over life cycles
- (Technical solutions) Work with a team to research problems, plan solutions, recommend software and systems, and coordinate developments in an orderly manner to meet business requirements. Including but not limited to: monitor and test performance and capacity for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with partners to implement fixes.
- Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and resolving escalations of simple to medium complexity.
- Assists in the implementation and updates to the platform strategy and road map.
- Maintains awareness of technology trends in area of responsibility.
- Meet commitments and deliverables as related to participating on projects
