About this Job
This is a junior level relationship management trainee position. Training will be provided throughout the entirety of your career. 1st year promotions typically come between months 5 and 14. We are in the technical consulting industry, and we provide multiple services within our industry. You will not be hands-on technical, but instead understand how technology fits in our clients' business models. The different routes in our company typically revolve around meeting with and building relationships with clients. **A technical background is NOT needed because of our training programs.**
The position entails :
- Meeting with clients and potential consultants on and off site
- Negotiating contracts
- Building long term client relationships / client partnerships
- Consulting on best business practices
- Client entertainment
- Identifying and leveraging strategic business decisions
- Managing internal employees, and much more.

We offer only increasing base salaries + uncapped commission, as well as private stock incentives (as we are an employee-owned company).
