ByteDance: Strategy Analyst

Lockin is recruiting on behalf of ByteDance.

Descriptions:

1.     Actively and deeply understand the business development, and conduct in-depth special research and Strategy Analysis on phased priorities and business influencing factors;

2.     Conduct continuous research on education, consumer goods and other industries, provide an overall and long-term perspective for the business, and promote the sustainable development of the business;

3.     Capture the industry status, observe and think about new trends / new products / new models in the field of education, study innovation opportunities and promote business incubation and priority adjustment.

Preferences:

1.     Bachelor degree or above in 2022, major in finance, computer, mathematics and other related majors is preferred;

2.     Internship experience in management consulting / investment / Internet company's strategy / business analysis is preferred;

3.     Good at deep thinking, excellent structured thinking ability and analysis ability;

4.     Strong communication skills, sensitive to new things, responsible and executive, able to coordinate cross departmental cooperation;

5.     Good at learning, strong pressure resistance, passion for participating in business and rapid growth;

6.     Mandarin speaker.
