You will use your business skills to help us expand messaging across UHC. You will help define new and improve existing business processes and develop plans and programs to support continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work with operations and business stakeholders to Identify and document customer, agent, and business requirements in support of messaging initiatives. This includes helping to understand their priority
Analyze conversations, raw data, and performance metrics and draw conclusions to support business decisions
Help design member journeys and agent routings that optimize member outcomes
Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Interpret performance metrics to hypothesize where design changes can be made and tested to drive specific goals
Work with the Product Owner to break features into small, valuable user stories for development
Assist with the management of the backlog in Rally
Help define acceptance criteria for test driven development
Work with Product Owners, operations, and other business stakeholders to assure efficiently planned releases
Participate in production rollout processes
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions for new Agent capabilities
Identify reporting and instrumentation needs for continuous improvement and to ensure messaging service availability
Work independently with minimal oversite
Communicate clearly when hosting calls and creating documentation

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with messaging solutions in an industry, classroom, or lab environment
Experience with Agile development using Rally, Jira or other agile software development tool
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Proven problems solving and troubleshooting experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a programming language such as Java or Python
Experience with Test Driven Development
Contact center experience
Knowledge of HIPPA requirements
SharePoint management knowledge
Solid interpersonal skills with a positive, people-oriented attitude
Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix organization

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
