We provide consulting expertise that encompasses creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, and compliance and governance strategies. We also provide specialty consulting services including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, disability/absence management strategies and auditing services. Product based solutions such as our pharmacy purchasing coalition round out our broad-based suite of offerings. 
Explore an opportunity.  As a Health and Benefits Analyst you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, financing, delivery, and ongoing management of the full spectrum of health and group benefit programs. Programs typically include medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, disability, leave and flexible benefits. You will interface with vendors and clients internally and externally, create client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. Typical client size is 1,000 to 10,000 lives. 
For Actuarial track: Accepted applicants will be eligible for a comprehensive exam study program, including paid study hours and exam coaching to assist in attaining the accredited designation of Actuary.
Love your work. You will partner with consultants to provide support on projects through the following performance objectives:
 
 
  • Organize and manage project plans for deliverables and aim to exceed internal/external expectations
  • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Communicate and liaise with colleagues and clients regarding data collection and project execution
  • Demonstrate natural ease when working with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
  • Prepare the first draft of deliverables for review by associates and directors
  • Assist with financial analyses including developing pricing and employee contributions strategies, modelling plan design alternatives and calculating reserves
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added commentary and summaries
  • Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by participating in proposals and responding to RFPs
  • Analyze and compare vendor products, services and contracts

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 required
