Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Electrical engineers, computer engineers, computer scientists, and telecommunications engineers work across engineering functions in our Wireless organization to support the design, development, and optimization of our wireless network. As an entry level engineer, you will get to provide feedback to senior engineers, as well as working cross functionally with different teams, no matter which role you choose!
- Cloud or VMWare Engineer
As a Cloud or VMWare Engineer you will research, analyze, test, retest, and troubleshoot problems to help design, evaluate, test, deploy, and optimize DISH’s standalone 5G network.
Majors preferred: MS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience
- Data Scientist
As a Data Scientist you will help to solve high-order problems with our data and identify opportunities to exploit data to generate new insight and business value.
Majors preferred: MS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience
- Device Engineer
As a Device Engineer, you will help to generate and maintain performance and functional requirements for the first standalone 5G broadband network in the US’s compliance and certification.
Majors preferred: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
- Network Engineer or Network Security Engineer
As a Network Engineer or Network Security Engineer you will use knowledge of IP networks to optizmie complex LAN/WAN/RAN and Firewall configurations.
Majors preferred: BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and Network security certifications and cloud experience are pluses!
- RF Engineer
As an RF Engineer you will perform design activities related to building the first standalone 5G broadband network in the US.
Majors preferred: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
- Wireless Core Engineer
As a Wireless Core Engineer you will focus on the deployment of our 5G core powered by Nokia and Mavenir. You will be part of an operational team working in a live production environment.
Majors preferred: MS in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering and 3+ years of experience
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree (non-MBA) program with an expected graduation date between December 2021 and August 2022.

Compensation: $70,000.00/Year - $110,000.00/Year
