Business Analyst - Global Procurement Services

What You’ll Do 

As a Business Analyst within the Global Procurement Services division of Cisco you will develop creative solutions for real business challenges. You will collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities within the business. Ultimately you will improve how Cisco operates and how we work together.

Who You Are 

·      Recent graduate or on your final year of studies towards a Bachelor’s  Business, Supply Chain, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Math, Accounting, Information Systems, or related program or other academic certification; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree   

·      Eligible to start July/August 2022; currently Cisco is working remotely but this role will eventually be in either Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA.

·      You have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills 

·      You possess a high level of customer focus and service excellence as you seek practical solutions 

·      Experience with contract negotiations

·      You have strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers and multi-functional teams 

·      You have superb social skills, a “can do” attitude and are able to collaborate with others in a global environment 

·      You possess effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments 

·      Process oriented with drive to simplify/improve process 

·      Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship
