These roles fall under Aon’s Early Career Development program, known as Launch. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into; the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. This 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.

- Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets, Word processing, PowerPoint, e-mail, internet tools, Visio, and dashboards
- Compressive understanding of Data Visualization/Business Intelligence tools
Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of operations and services in Global Security Services (GSS). GSS is aligned under Aon Global Finance Organization to drive accountability, coordination, and partnership in providing Aon with a full suite of integrated, end-to-end security services.
We maximise Aon Technology's vision and strategy to increase availability, improve efficiency, and invest in platforms for growth to keep our systems reliably secure and accessible, and to ensure colleague safety.
This enables fundamental design decisions and capabilities within technology architecture and governance; improves our ability to anticipate and respond to the ever-evolving threat of cybercrime; and creates a dedicated organization to manage security risks aimed at further protecting Aon’s people, property, and information.
Your impact as an IT Business Analyst :
- Interact with business partners to bridge technical and business expertise to find innovative solutions
- Identifying the current state of the business, supporting service leads to building roadmaps and layout implementation plans
- Evaluate and recommend new opportunities for product enhancements and operation enhancements
- Documenting measured results and communicating through executive reporting to showcase the results to senior leaders
- Building requirement documents and maintaining system documentation, including run books, standard operating procedures, and error handling/troubleshooting processes
Education & Application Information
Bachelor’s degree or completed course work in Cyber and Information Security, Cloud Computing, IT Risk Management, but open to all majors. Applicants for this role should graduate between December 2021 – May 2022 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations. We do not offer sponsorship for this position – CPT and OPT are restricted forms of work authorization.
