HR Operations Analyst

PURPOSE


Liaison between field and corporate HR. Collaborates with HR partners to research, develop, and recommend process improvements that streamline operations and increase data accuracy and integrity. Champions process solutions that improve end user experiences and accomplish high performance outcomes that add value to the business.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Works with limited supervision in a collaborative team environment to assess, plan, document scope and business requirements, gain stakeholder support for, and execute on data integrity and process improvement projects.

Collaborates with HR to gather compliance reporting for EEOC and AAP data.

Manage org chart software and upkeep data and provide reports as business needs require.

Assists with developing, implementing, and updating a standard operational procedure (SOP) guide to document to ensure consistency across all HR processes. processes.

Conduct training sessions regarding procedures via virtual or in person sessions with end users.

Assists with designing, developing, initiating and interpreting process needs analysis approaches.

Applies analytical skills to the assessment and analysis of data and processes. Creates pivot tables and charts, graphs, and other reports as requested to support decision making and fulfill ad-hoc and recurring management reporting requests.

Identify process gaps in HR operations system configurations, and communicate suggestions; assist with pre-release testing prior to HR operations system updates.

Develops and delivers a variety of process documentation including process outlines, workflow diagrams, process job aids and, webinar-based communications.

Assists with evaluating, maintaining, and revising existing processes to ensure intended business value is achieved and end-user needs are met. Recommends process re-design and development opportunities and options to management.

Manage company I9 program, including ensuring compliance, audits, education and completion.  System administration and security for I9 system.

Liaison for company unemployment and employment verification program, including ensuring compliance, audits, education and completion.  System administration and security for unemployment system.

Have general knowledge all areas of HR Administration to answer general HR questions from the field and redirect as needed.

Assist in monitoring and answering HR tickets via Cherwell.

Other duties may be assigned.

 

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field, and work experience in a corporate business setting, such as an internship in HR or analytics in a business function; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Experience analyzing data preferred.

COMPETENCIES


Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Excellent oral, written and communication skills

Knowledge and application of current and emerging trends in business, and techniques and approaches to business process improvement

Experience documenting operational processes

Demonstrated ability to facilitate timely progress on multiple projects concurrently with respect to competing priorities and meeting established deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to approach projects systematically and to balance a sense of urgency to produce results with thoroughness and accuracy
