Role Summary & Purpose:
The HW Dev-Ops Systems Solutions team is responsible for ensuring that we have the right tools, data and automation to ensure our supply chain operates and grows efficiently. Examples include forecasting tools, sales data from our retail channels, managing our bills of material to support product development and production, and communicating with our partners – including contract manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners.
The internship will focus on enhancing our ModelN Channel Data platform so we can maximize what we can do with data it generates, align systems with business processes and allow Sonos to make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in our company-wide effort to improve the accuracy of channel data program
- Contribute to the introduction of a health score cards and stats on channel data performance by account(s) and regions
- Onboard new channel partners, disable unused ones
- Evaluate failures and their trends to identify fixes that can be automated
- Refresh the parser schematic schedule on weekly meetings with ModelN
Skills You’ll Need:
Basic skills, knowledge, and interest they will need
- Advance use of Excel
- Understanding Supply Chain processes
- SQL (Preferred)
