Marketing Analyst

Marketing Analysts are key members of the FMCG Direct team who work with senior client management to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Based on your skill set and the roles that are open, you will be considered for an Analyst position in one of three practice areas:
Business Intelligence, Creative Strategies, or Performance Tracking and Optimization.
We are reimagining the intersection of marketing and data science and as a Marketing Analyst, you will help to execute our six main services:

1) Strategic Campaign Design and Consulting

  • Program management and planning
  • Performance forecasting
  • Promotion strategies
  • Competitive research
  • Customer experience mapping

2) Data Integration and Audience Selection

  • Extensively multi-sourced data sets
  • Proprietary predictive scores
  • Advanced AI and machine learning-powered decision engines

3) Segmentation and Data Management

  • Custom next-best product models and segmentation builds
  • Customer monitoring services
  • CRM enrichments
  • Opportunity analytics
4) Creative Strategy and Development

  • Digital and UX strategy
  • Full studio services, from concepting to asset design
  • Cohesive omni-channel messaging and digital placement strategy

5) Campaign Production and Deployment

  • Cross-channel activation and in-flight optimization
  • Media/audience planning and media buying
  • Managed print services

6) Attribution and Performance Optimization

  • Sophisticated attribution algorithms
  • Detailed performance tracking and dashboards
  • Rigorous profitability projections and credible ROIs

Basic Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field with data analytics coursework
·        Educational/Work experience with Microsoft Excel  

Preferred Qualifications:
·        1 + Years Educational/Work experience in R or other statistical modeling tools
·        1 + Years Educational/Work experience in python or other big data tools and languages
·        1 + Years Educational/Work experience of SQL, IBM SPSS, Access and/or other database structures or big data tools   
·        Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with an ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once
·        Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
·        Ability to work well independently and with others, comfortable with a high level of responsibility
·        Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
·        Ability to gain consensus and drive projects forward in a fast-paced, challenging environment
