  • HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR TEAM: 
  • Improves business processes and supports critical business strategies by coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of business application systems. Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices. Leads multiple projects and oversees the project teams to insure that deliverables are met. Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

  • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Responsible to develop, plan, implement, and support Ferrotec’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other business information systems.
  • Ensures all ERP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. 
  • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities & priorities, and monitors progress for the ERP system and other business information systems. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Simulates and tests process improvements.
  • Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units.
  • Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
  • Coordinates all business information system projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to information systems and processes to enhance the business.
  • Provide IS leadership for Oracle ERP applications and other business information systems.
  • Coordinates timely user support and problem resolution.
  • Requirements
  • WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM:

  •  B.A./B.S. degree and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience will be considered. M.B.A. preferred.
  • Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) desired
  • Minimum 2 end to end Implementation of Oracle ERP
  • Hands on experience with configuration of Oracle modules including INV, PO, OM, MRP, BOM, WIP, SLA and Costing
  • Business process knowledge of supply chain management or order management in a multi-organization manufacturing (contract, discrete and lean/ Kanban ) environment. Quality processes would be a bonus.
  • Comfortable with implementing changes in a continuous improvement environment
  • Willingness to travel and support multi-locations across the business units
  • Demonstrated experience with the following technologies is desired:
  • Orbit Analytics, Power BI or other business intelligence tool used to replace Oracle Discoverer,PL/SQL, TOAD
  • MS Visio for Flowcharts and Swim lanes
  • 4 plus years of experience in Oracle ERP development toolkit including Workflow Builder, Oracle forms/Reports, XML Publisher, SQL/ PL/SQL
