This position is to join our Healthcare Staffing division, working from our Austin, Texas office 5 days a week, as a Junior Recruiter with full training provided.

The Opportunity:
  • Complete a 12-week entry-level training program with our in-house Learning & Development team
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert in healthcare staffing
  • Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles
  • Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional network
  • Learn and utilize messaging on different sourcing platforms (Vivian, Facebook, Indeed, etc)
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Continuously design and implement an effective sourcing strategy based on an understanding of the market and each specific role
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)

Requirements:
  • Proven record of success (academics, sport, targets, sales)
  • High GPA
  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated
  • Confident communicator and natural leadership skills
