New College - Product Management Specialist (Power Discretes)

Education level (Bachelors/Masters/Either):  Bachelors

Field of Study (Electrical Engineering, Business, Computer Engineering, etc.):  Engineering, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering

Skills needed, focus areas, coursework:     
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent degree
2. 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in an international and multi-cultural environment
3. You are quality oriented and remain focused on solutions, even while being under pressure; act transparently as you support your conclusions professionally both verbally and in writing 
4. A team player attitude and share information comprehensively, effectively and you are able to quickly establish successful cooperation with all colleagues.
5. The candidate should be experienced in most of the following: SAP Business Intelligence Portal, Microsoft Excel, Business Objects Web Intelligence, Microsoft Access, Tableau, and Microsoft SharePoint

Job description:      
1. Establish business hypotheses to achieve profitability objectives and develop analytical studies to support or refute and report unbiased results. This position will help focus the business efforts to optimize profitability targets by highlighting portfolio improvements.
2. Conduct price quoting in all regions considering regional pricing strategies, inventory targets, and life cycle guidelines. 
3. Assist in developing and negotiating regional Market Pricing Plans (MPPs) governing the purchase price at which regional and global distributors freely transact product purchase orders with Infineon, and therefore directly impact profitability.
4. Prepare management level collateral to define and identify options to drive product line revenue growth; Prepare competitive analyses to aid in demonstrating pricing efficiency; Prepare and track regional key and Joint account and distributor point of sale (POS) revenue.
5. Increase business efficiency through developing, maintaining and monitoring marketing business processes and support management and the business team with ad-hoc/on demand reporting aps.
