The Manager 1 (General), of Information Technology is accountable for improving student achievement through the effective management of an assigned area. Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the school site support technicians. Work with school site leaders and departments to provide efficient and timely delivery of high-quality technological services to meet the needs of the District. Supervise, train and evaluate assigned staff.


PREFERRED:

*5+ years of experience leading IT support teams
*Experience managing enterprises with 50,000+ devices
*Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
*ITIL certification
*Strong knowledge of ITSM tools
*Strong knowledge of Cherwell and Microsoft SCCM
*Strong knowledge of Device Life Cycle Management
*Ability to travel to school and district sites (25%)

REQUIREMENTS :

*Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree and three years increasingly responsible supervisory.
