Job Role (Consultant):
As a core member, this position manages and delivers responsible tasks with understanding of clients’ expectation.
Position’s primary job focus: Project Research
Essential Job Functions: Project Research
Collects and arranges information from published literature, database and/or internet for the project.
Arranges and performs research interviews to the people in the client or other parties who have knowledge of the project’s focus.
Administers surveys and evaluates the survey results.
Attends internal/external project meetings and develops notes/minutes.
Communicates with Project Leader periodically regarding status of assigned tasks. Reports issues as needed.
Develops research deliverables.
Attends conferences that relate to the project.
Performs project lead roles of simple project such as appointment, interpretation and translation.
Trains and manages interns.
Organizational Contribution
Contributions for organization are expected for all positions. Detailed goals are set each year. Followings are summaries of expected contributions:
Brand Creation: Supports publishing articles and/or company promotions.
Knowledge Sharing: Organizes data/contents, supports project knowledge sharing.
Group Support: Arranges/facilitates meetings, supports group strategies, develops sales related materials.
People Development: Leads on-campus recruiting.
Institutional Building: Supports company outing, organizes company-wide events.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years of in-depth research or related work experience.
Financial analysis and business planning experiences. (Basic level)
IT consultation experiences of project management office or similar situation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No
TRAVEL: Domestic/international travels are required up to 80%.
