Accounting & Data Analyst Associate
Job Summary:
Prepares work product for clients as directed by Managing Principal, Principal, Senior Manager, and Manager Associate with emphasis on preparation of complex Excel models.
Job Description:
The Associate will not just "run numbers" but be an integral part of one or more of the firm's consulting teams, contributing his/her insights to client presentations, participating in client meetings, and assisting in the development of client solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project work in a variety of engagements; Verify accuracy of project information and perform research; Review various type of real estate agreement and documents; Assist with analyzing expenses and budgets; Prepare deliverable's consisting of MS Excel models/summaries and MS Word documents relating to reimbursements; Participate in the monitoring and transactions with the public agencies; Ability to define a problem and coordinate relevant expertise within a team environment.
Education/Experience:
Undergraduate degree helpful but not required, emphasis in Economics, Finance, or Accounting preferred. Experience with real estate engagements in a consulting or related environment is helpful. Experience with land development, entitlement, home building, civil engineering, or municipal finance is helpful.
