Market Regulation Analyst

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IBKR) is a leading provider of online trading solutions for traders, investors and advisers, with direct global access to stocks, options, futures, currencies, bonds, and funds. Interactive Brokers has entry-level market surveillance analyst positions available for interested applicants. Applicants would be working at a startup subsidiary of Interactive Brokers Group offering a unique subset of products to IB customers.

Duties
As a regulated entity, Interactive Brokers is responsible for ensuring that customers using its platform are complying with all applicable rules and regulations. Market surveillance analysts will assist the subsidiary’s Chief Regulatory Officer in overseeing the activity of users including, surveilling markets for potentially manipulative activity, conducting investigations, assisting with designing and fine-tuning surveillance technology, and assisting the CRO in communications with federal regulators. As the subsidiary is small, market surveillance analysts will get exposure to broad range of topics related to the regulatory side of financial markets.

Experience
0-3 years in the Financial Services Industry. No experience required.
