In this role you will, assist in planning and advising on implementation of new ideas, procedures, processes, methods or approaches in areas of productivity, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in strategic planning to ensure assessments adequately and effectively address and measure key customer and operational requirements for on-going process improvements aligned with organization strategic direction. Assist in optimizing the use of resources and bridging short/long term requirements entailing capital expenditures, training, etc. Assist in the development and management of customer feedback initiatives and systems to document and evaluate results of productivity and quality management programs and installation improvement activities. Assist in analysis and coordinating actions related to all aspects of productivity, quality management and continuous improvement management. Maintain contact and liaison with governmental, scientific, academic, and/or business institutions on matters relating to assigned programs.
