Corporate Development Business Analyst

The PACCAR Corporate Development department is responsible for analyzing mergers and acquisition opportunities, strategic planning, competitive analysis, and PACCAR Investor Relations and the PACCAR Foundation. The Business Analyst for Corporate Development prepares weekly/monthly truck industry reports for PACCAR Senior Management; monitors and reports on global economics and business environments; helps track developments of PACCAR’s main competitors; performs ongoing global truck market research and analysis; and assists in evaluating growth opportunities including mergers & acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.

 

This individual also provides support to Investor Relations and the PACCAR Foundation. Investor Relations support includes reviewing equity research reports, identifying trends in equity research and media reports about PACCAR, analyzing interactions with investors and assisting with targeting analysis to find new investors or increase the shares held of existing investors. PACCAR Foundation support includes administration of foundation grant requests, interaction with nonprofits, and assisting in the preparation for Foundation board of directors’ meetings, which includes analyzing grant activity.
