Job Description
EBAD seeks a Government Financial Analyst reporting to the Manager, Government Accounting & Control in Simsbury, CT location.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Time & Material, Progress Payment, and other Cost Re-determinable Billings
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Final Overhead Rates and Forward Pricing Rates
- Analyze actual rates vs forward pricing rates and recommend forward pricing rate updates when necessary
- Support any DCAA and DCMA audits or annual data requests
- Assist in review of proposals and pricing recommendations or scenarios with local Bid & Proposal team, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management
- Drive new commercial pricing on yearly basis
- Lead annual refresh of commercial database
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of finance and accounting experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong skills in MS Windows – Excel, Word, Teams, and Power-point.
- Must be detail orientated, ability to multi-task and have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excels in a dynamic, changeable work environment
- Ability to work independently
- Pricing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations is a plus
