Associate Technology Analysts
Our Associate Analysts are individuals with a Heart for People and Technology who demonstrate a passion for helping our business Customers solve their most difficult technical challenges. Serving as a liaison between Technology and the business, our Associate Analysts conduct business analysis, perform process modeling and redesign, and recommend alternative actions for problems while focusing on internal and external Customer requirements. Associate Analysts help Southwest Airlines keep costs low by making data-driven decisions, all while implementing the tools and technologies that allow our business Customers the ability to maintain our world-famous Customer Service. We are looking for entry-level professionals who are bold and have a desire to work with Teams across disciplines to help us achieve our Vision of becoming the world’s most loved, most efficient, and most profitable airline.
Qualifications:
- One year work experience as an Analyst or relevant college coursework preferred
- Demonstrated Leadership and initiative preferred
- Strong analytical skills (able to complete business analysis, process modeling, and redesign) preferred
- Ability to solve problems creatively preferred
