Private Equity Analyst (Intern)
Flight Lease is a dynamic Private Equity firm headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate or senior to support the asset re-marketing, trading, and acquisitions team at Flight Lease. The successful candidate will have good presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and is able to work independently. The internship will expose the candidate to all aspects of the business which includes, but is not limited to sales, reporting, asset management, fundraising, and financial modeling.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source aircraft parts and materials.
- Marketing all available assets.
- Attend all applicable aviation conferences.
- Search for available equipment for sale on or off lease.
- Update and maintaining CRM system.
- Assistance with Fundraising activities.
- Create and maintain list of operators, lessors, MRO facilities.
- Create and track all marketing campaigns.
- Manage assets listed on platforms such as MyAirTrade, and PartsBase.
- Maintain weekly reports for all marketing efforts and asset acquisitions.
- Maintain and build new business opportunities regarding airline operators.
Requirements
- Strong GPA from an accredited university (preferably Business major with an emphasis in Finance).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to gain further understanding of the private equity and aviation industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work on a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret.
- High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability, and the ability to successfully demonstrate flexibility.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with strong work ethic and superior attention to detail.
