Operation Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Assists with a wide variety of administrative and operation duties; provides high level executive support to senior management team members
• High integrity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Serves as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Trains all new team members on company policies & procedures
• Recruits staff and consultants
• Maintains continuous training and development with the team as needed
• Maintains a positive, productive, and hard-working culture among all team members
• Encourages teamwork, positivity, and accountability
• Deals with employee requests regarding operation issues, rules, and regulations
• Creates and improves operational procedures and processes
• Manages a variety of special or ad hoc projects
• Other administrative projects as assigned by team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years related experience in HR, operation, or customer service.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
• High integrity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Highly preferred candidates also have strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and communication
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and apply analytical judgment
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
