Business Coordinator

Pushkin has scaled rapidly year over year, growing from our founding in 2018 to a 70-person company with over 20 shows and multiple audiobooks in our portfolio today. As we continue to expand our presence in the audio world, we’re looking for an eager, ambitious person to join our team. Our Business Coordinator will support our Chief Business Officer, VP of Partnerships, and Head of Business Development, among other members of our business team by preparing various materials as they pursue new opportunities for Pushkin. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning from and supporting experienced leaders and growing in a dynamic environment. This role reports to Pushkin’s Chief Business Officer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support business leaders to source and develop new business
  • Digest data and information given by business leaders to support planning
  • Stay up-to-date on Pushkin’s portfolio of shows, audiobooks, and IP
  • Create and maintain materials for sales and RFP submittals
  • Research and create briefs for potential opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, including scheduling of meetings
  • Learn about the audio industry, building knowledge of existing and emerging trends
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects

SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS 
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Excellent detail orientation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset and research skills evidenced by ability to find, digest and effectively use data
  • Ability to flexibly create and maintain organized processes in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word and Powerpoint) or Google Workspace (Docs and Slides) skills
  • Growth mindset proven by application of ongoing investment in one’s own skills and knowledge
  • Passion for audio a strong plus
  • 0-1 years of work experience (including internships) a strong plus
