Summer Intern - HR Data Analyst (Remote)

Job Description
Human Resources Divisional Data Office is responsible for all HR Data across SVB.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with clean-up activities of 30 folders in a file server (600 GB) which contains historic HR documents and help teams across HR to migrate the data to SharePoint Online
Research folder owners in the department based on the type of content
Collaborate with folder owners and assist with best practices and recommendations for the clean up
Set milestones and timelines for individual folders and work with folders owners towards completion in a timely manner
Create status reports for management and capture risks and issues observed in the execution
Help create SharePoint sites and setup user access
Collaborate with folder owners to separate department files from personnel files and help import documents into ServiceNow

Special Projects:

Will be responsible for assisting lead on mining, analyzing, and cataloging the data and build the framework for new repository in SharePoint

Qualifications:

Candidates must be students currently enrolled in a college/university
Candidate should have a minimum GPA of 3.2
