The State Water Resources Control Board is looking for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst to join its dynamic Training Services team. As the team’s Training Data Analyst, you will lead major complex data management and reporting projects. You will help ensure Water Boards’ employees have access to training classes and services that relate to their work addressing critical water issues facing California and support their personal and professional development. This position serves as the lead for data analysis and training compliance reporting efforts, uses data to assess the educational needs of the Water Boards programs, and develops dashboards and data visualizations related to training activities.
 
When not teleworking, the position is in the CalEPA Headquarters Building at 1001 I Street, Sacramento—right in the heart of downtown. We offer convenient public transportation options and are within walking distance of the State Capitol, parks, restaurants, farmer’s markets, and much more. The building offers an onsite café, workout room, indoor bike storage, and daycare services.
