Data Analyst, Retirement Programs

Job Details:
  • Research support with both US and non-US DB (Defined Benefit) and DC (Defined Contribution) plans
  • Communicate with employees with questions on DB and DC plans 
  • Work with team to perform review of DB research cases
  • Backup the funding process for DC contributions on multiple plans
  • Work with Payroll and HRIS on vendor feed inquiries
  • Handle vendor service requests for DC plans
  • Coordinate and review detailed invoices for the department
  • Perform regular data audits of the recordkeeping systems
  • Provide SOX audit support for review by the Director
  • Provide support with all audit inquiries
  • Use multiple data systems to interact with data from various vendors
  • Overall support the department on capturing data on projects as needed
  • Work on digitization of department records
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge or work with HR or retirement plans preferred
